Natural Health Therapies – Breathing

One of the quickest, easiest and most available Natural Health Therapies I know is to breathe. I know, I know, it sounds obvious and perhaps even over-used or trite but nevertheless should not be taken lightly. Most of us do not breathe deeply enough. It is a good place to start for natural health. Breathing deeply exchanges fresh oxygen for stale air. Oxygen as we know is a key component of life. Bringing lots of oxygen to your body brings in energy, vitality and health. Loads of oxygen work to actually kill off harmful organisms that can live in your body. And the age-old practices of Pranayama which is a sanskrit yogic name for various breathing practices can really ramp up your energy so that you can truly feel that energetic life force coursing through your body.
